Latah County Sheriff Foundation

Our foundation was created to assist the Latah County Sheriff’s Office in the implementation of special programs that serve the needs of the community and officer wellness, without having to raise or reallocate property tax dollars. 

Our first dedicated project is to raise the needed funds for the Latah County Sheriff’s Office to have a dedicated Patrol and Narcotics detection K-9, which is a severely needed law enforcement tool in our county.  The Latah County Sheriff Foundation is a provisional 501(c)3 organization that is administered by private citizens.   We are not a part of the Latah County government or the Latah County Sheriff’s Office.  However, we will work with the Latah County Sheriff’s Office to determine which projects and/or programs are needed in our community.
